Local moves by the hour
Two or three movers and a 20 or 26 foot truck, billed from the time we arrive to the last box off the truck, with pads, straps, dollies and shrink wrap included. You get the hourly rate and a realistic hour count in writing before we book the date.
Long-distance moves
Ottawa, Montreal, the Maritimes or out west, priced by weight from a certified scale ticket and delivered inside a date window you agree to before we load. Every item goes on a numbered inventory and a bill of lading so nothing is a matter of memory at the other end.
Packing & unpacking
Full or partial packing the day before, with dish barrels, wardrobe cartons, mattress bags and picture boxes, so moving day is loading and nothing else. Unpacking and box removal afterward if you want the place livable that night.
Piano & safe moves
Uprights, baby grands and gun safes to about 1,000 pounds moved on piano boards and stair-climbing dollies by a crew that has done it before, with the legs and lyre off a grand and back on at the far end. Send us the model and a photo of the stairs and we will tell you honestly whether it goes.
Storage between homes
Short-term storage between closings or long-term while you sort out the next place, in sealed wooden vaults inside a heated warehouse. Everything is inventoried on the way in and delivered back on a day you pick, on the same truck it left on.
Condo & apartment moves
We send the certificate of insurance your property manager asks for, work inside the elevator window you booked, and pad the walls, corners and floors on the route in. Loading dock, underground parking or a Toronto street permit, we have done it that way before.
Office & small commercial moves
Desks, filing cabinets, servers and stock moved evenings or weekends so you open Monday in the new space. Labelled to a floor plan, so the boxes land at the right desk instead of in a pile by the door.
Senior & downsizing moves
Moving a parent from a house to an apartment or a retirement residence, with packing, the pieces that fit set up in the new place, and the rest to family, donation or disposal. Slower pace, one point of contact, and nothing thrown out without asking.
