Red Seal 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) is the trade-specific qualification we lead with. Insurance and WSIB documents are available before the job, and any permit, engineered drawing or manufacturer procedure the work requires is identified in the quote.
We quote from the actual scope: drawings and measurements where they exist, equipment model and condition where they do not, access, shutdown time, materials and testing. Changes are written down before they become extras.
Yes. For plants, mills, warehouses and production facilities, we plan access, lockout or isolation, lifts and hot-work controls before arrival. If the work needs a shutdown, the quote separates preparation from the outage window so the interruption stays as short as practical.
