Our regular work includes CNC milling, CNC turning, Machine setup, along with the related inspection, setup and repair needed to leave the job ready for service. Send the equipment, drawing or site details and we will tell you plainly whether it fits our scope.
General Machinist or equivalent CNC training is the trade-specific qualification we lead with. Insurance and WSIB documents are available before the job, and any permit, engineered drawing or manufacturer procedure the work requires is identified in the quote.
We quote from the actual scope: drawings and measurements where they exist, equipment model and condition where they do not, access, shutdown time, materials and testing. Changes are written down before they become extras.
Yes. For manufacturers, fabricators, repair shops and product developers, we plan access, lockout or isolation, lifts and hot-work controls before arrival. If the work needs a shutdown, the quote separates preparation from the outage window so the interruption stays as short as practical.
A few wide photos, the address, the make and model of any equipment, the drawing or part file if there is one, and the date the work has to be ready. That is usually enough to assign the right person and avoid a wasted trip.
