We quote from the actual scope: drawings and measurements where they exist, equipment model and condition where they do not, access, shutdown time, materials and testing. Changes are written down before they become extras.

Yes. For manufacturers, inventors, product teams and fabrication shops, we plan access, lockout or isolation, lifts and hot-work controls before arrival. If the work needs a shutdown, the quote separates preparation from the outage window so the interruption stays as short as practical.

A few wide photos, the address, the make and model of any equipment, the drawing or part file if there is one, and the date the work has to be ready. That is usually enough to assign the right person and avoid a wasted trip.
