Emergency leaks & burst pipes
Seven days a week, including the January night your copper splits. We'll talk you through the shut-off on the phone while a van is on the way.
From $149Marc and the crew have been fixing Burlington plumbing since 2012. Flat-rate price agreed before we start, seven days a week, and we never charge you just for showing up.
Straight answers, tidy work and a fair price — right across Burlington.
Seven days a week, including the January night your copper splits. We'll talk you through the shut-off on the phone while a van is on the way.
From $149Kitchen, laundry and main drains augered or jetted, with a camera down the line afterwards so you can see whether it was grease, roots or a broken clay pipe.
From $229Rental tank buyouts, straight swaps, and tankless conversions. We'll tell you honestly whether tankless makes sense for your house or whether it's a $4,000 shower upgrade.
From $1,450Pump replacements, battery backups and backwater valves — including the paperwork for Halton Region's basement flooding subsidy.
From $695Running toilets, seized shut-offs, kitchen faucets that were installed with the wrong washer in 1998. Small jobs welcome — that's most of our week.
From $149Full plumbing rough-in for renovations, coordinated around your tiler and cabinet installer so nobody's waiting on us.
Burlington water is hard enough to matter. Softener installs, filter changes, and reverse osmosis under the sink.

“Pipe let go under the kitchen at 9pm on a Saturday. Marc answered himself, told me where the shut-off would be in a house our age, and had someone here in about seventy minutes. Fixed, mopped up, and the bill was less than I'd braced for.”
“Third plumber I've tried in ten years and the first I'll call again. They camera'd the main drain, showed me the root intrusion on the screen, and gave me two options with prices instead of just the expensive one.”
“Backwater valve and a new sump pump with battery backup. They filled in the Halton subsidy forms for me, which I would absolutely have got wrong. Basement stayed dry through the July storms.”
“Full bathroom rough-in. They worked around our tiler's schedule without being asked and left the site swept every single day. Quote didn't move a dollar.”
“Good honest work on a water softener and a leaking outdoor tap. Took an extra day to get the part out here to Carlisle, but they called to tell me rather than just not showing up.”
Marc Beckett apprenticed in Hamilton, got his 306A in 2009, and started Beckett Plumbing out of the driveway in Aldershot three years later. There are five of us now and we've stayed deliberately small — enough to cover emergencies seven days a week, small enough that the person who quotes your job is usually the person who does it. We price by the job, not the hour, so a slow drain doesn't turn into an expensive afternoon. And if we think what you're asking for is a waste of your money, we'll say so.
Day or night, these are the areas our vans are in. Just outside the list? Call anyway — we often can.
(905) 555-0177Choose a slot, tell us what is going on, and you get a confirmation — no phone tag.
Pick a time that works. Takes about 30 seconds.
No deposit and no call-out fee. You approve the flat price before any work starts.
Still not sure? We'd rather answer it on the phone than have you guess.
(905) 555-0177No. We come out, look at it, and give you a flat price for the fix. If you'd rather not go ahead, you owe us nothing.
Under two hours across Burlington, Aldershot and Waterdown, day or night. Outlying calls in Carlisle or Millgrove can run a little longer and we'll give you a real time on the phone, not an optimistic one.
For water heaters, anything under eight years old is usually worth repairing and anything over twelve usually isn't. We'll show you the tank's date sticker and let you decide with the real numbers.
Yes. Backwater valves and sump pumps qualify for a regional subsidy, and we complete the forms and provide the invoicing the Region asks for.
For standard work — toilet swap, tank replacement, kitchen faucet — yes, and we'll stand by it. For anything behind a wall we'd rather look first than guess low and surprise you later.
Seven days. Saturday and Sunday are regular rates until 6pm; after that and on holidays there's an after-hours rate we tell you before we dispatch.
Name and number is enough to get started — under 2 hours for burst pipes.
